About this Event
SHE DIDN’T JUST FLIP A HOUSE.
SHE FLIPPED HER CAREER.
Our next Investor Agent Showcase is a great one.
Meet Simone Ball with Vestera Real Estate.
Simone started building her Investor Agent business while still working her full-time career. She took action, stepped into investing, completed her first flip—and has now made the move into real estate FULL TIME.
Now she’s opening the doors and sharing the deal.
$150K PURCHASE
$30K REHAB
$240K ARV / LIST PRICE
Simone took this unique patio home with a pool and repositioned it from a 2-bedroom into a 3-bedroom with an additional study/flex space to create a better product for today's buyer.
We’ll break down the deal, renovation, numbers, lessons learned and what
Simone is doing next as she builds Vestera Real Estate.
But the bigger story is what happens when you TAKE ACTION.
START WHERE YOU ARE. DO THE FIRST DEAL. BUILD MOMENTUM.
