An Immersive Tank Tasting Experience at Bohemia Manor Farm

For two evenings only, Bohemia Manor Farm opens the doors to its winery production facility for an intimate experience designed for those who want to go beyond the traditional wine tasting.
Step inside the Tank Room, surrounded by stainless-steel fermentation tanks filled with the newest vintage. Taste wine directly from the tanks alongside older vintages and finished bottles, and discover how fermentation, aging, oak, blending, and cellar decisions shape the wine in your glass.
Throughout the evening, the Bohemia Manor Farm Winery Team and Harvest & Tide Culinary Team come together to take you through the story of the wine, from vineyard to glass to plate.
