About this Event
Surviving to Thriving is an evening about cutting through the wellness noise and getting back to the basics, with health guidance grounded in facts, not trends.
Our speaker, Dr. Rosi, is a family MD helping women feel strong from pregnancy and postpartum through to menopause. Together, we’ll unpack some of the health topics and questions most relevant to women today, from energy and stress to hormones and overall well-being.
Expect an approachable talk and conversation, questions from women in the room, time for Q&A, and practical takeaways you can actually bring into your everyday life.
