About this Event
Drawing from decades of experience working with individuals, families, professionals and community-based organizations, attendees will explore the powerful idea at the heart of her work: meaningful change begins when we learn to recognize and build upon the strengths that already exist within people.
During an engaging fireside conversation, Dr. Perez will share insights from her book, lessons from her professional journey, and practical ways strength-based approaches can transform how we lead, manage, support families and build stronger organizations.
