Clark leads the Worthington Chamber Orchestra in Rimsky-Korsakov’s dazzling Capriccio espagnol and Manuel de Falla’s Nights in the Gardens of Spain, with guest pianist Orlay Alonso in one of the Spanish repertoire’s most richly atmospheric works. The concert culminates in Beethoven’s Symphony No. 7 in A major — the work Wagner famously called “the apotheosis of the dance.”
