About this Event
Buddha taught that Samsara and Nirvana are not physical places but inner experiences. From painful states of mind to a profound experience of pure happiness or permanent contentment and peace. A freedom of pain.
In this course we will learn the methods and inner path to this peace, known as Lamrim and methods to navigate and transform day to day problems and suffering.
The teachings are gentle and transforming. There will also be guided meditations and a tea break.
