Steven P. Millies, PhD, is Professor of Public Theology and Director of the Bernardin Center at Chicago Theological Union. He is the author of Good Intentions: A History of Catholic Voters' Road from Roe to Trump and A Consistent Ethic of Life: Navigating Catholic Engagement with U.S. Politics.
