About this Event
How do we move retrofit from short-term, programme-led activity towards a stable and sustainable market?
Join us on Thursday 12th November 2026 for From Pipeline to Practice: Building a Sustainable Retrofit Market, bringing together organisations including Birmingham City Council, Lovell, Equans, Mears Group, CITB, InstaGroup, Next Energy and The Green Umbrella Company alongside businesses from across construction, housing, skills and retrofit.
Delivered in partnership by Birmingham City Council, South & City College Birmingham and The Retrofit Exchange, this focused event will look at the future pipeline of retrofit work, how local businesses can access opportunities and what is needed to create a skilled, capable and sustainable supply chain.
We’ll start the morning with registration, tea, coffee and biscuits before hearing from organisations involved in retrofit delivery, procurement, products and skills. There will also be time for practical conversations, exhibitor stands and valuable networking, followed by a buffet lunch.
