About this Event

Dreaming of seeing your treasured recipes and family stories in print? Do you have a collection of recipes that tells your family’s culinary journey? We can help!

Join us on Wednesday, Nov 18 as Janice Shay, owner of the book-packaging company Pinafore Press, walks you through what it takes to research, write, and publish your own cookbook.

Janice is an award-winning book designer who has produced cookbooks and art, garden, gift, and children’s books. She worked on Sallie Ann Robinson’s Kitchen, the cookbook by Sallie Ann Robinson, this year’s James Beard Foundation Lifetime Achievement Award winner.

Janice will highlight the various publishing avenues, including how to self-publish.
