Please join and for a luncheon discussion to explore the critical role of the Prescription Drug User Fee Act (PDUFA) in advancing medical innovation and helping new treatments reach patients in need.
Since 1992, PDUFA has created a pathway through which promising discoveries can become safe and effective treatment options – bringing new hope to patients and families facing serious and life-threatening conditions.
With the current authorization expiring in September 2027, timely reauthorization is essential to sustaining medical innovation and moving the next generation of therapies from hope to healing. This conversation will examine what is at stake for patients, the biotechnology ecosystem, and the future of medical innovation.
