How much anger have you swallowed just to keep the peace? Some anger explodes.
Other anger gets swallowed.
It gets pushed down because you don't want conflict. Because you're trying to keep the peace. Because saying what you actually feel might upset someone, change a relationship, or force you to finally acknowledge something you've been tolerating.
And eventually, keeping the peace can come at the expense of your own internal harmony.
From Fury to Freedom – A Journey Through Sacred Rage is a very high-intensity 9D Breathwork experience created for those who feel suppressed, unheard, or weighed down by unexpressed anger.
This isn't about becoming more angry. And it isn't about losing control.
It's about giving anger somewhere intentional to go.
Through active breathwork, immersive sound, hypnotic suggestion, and direct coaching, you'll be guided toward the anger you've been containing rather than away from it. The intensity builds through sustained breathing and a series of breath holds, culminating in a primal vocal release designed to give all of that pressure somewhere to go.
But this journey isn't simply about getting your anger out.
It's about reclaiming what may be underneath it: your voice, your boundaries, your courage, and your ability to say what needs to be said.
As the intensity settles, the focus shifts from raw release into something steadier—turning that fire into clarity, self-compassion, and a stronger sense of your own power.
This is one of the most intense 9D Breathwork journeys and includes sustained connected breathing, multiple breath holds, commanding coaching, explicit language, and an invitation for primal vocal release. You are always in control of your participation and may modify your breathing or choose not to participate in any particular element.
At its core, From Fury to Freedom isn't about getting rid of your anger. It's about no longer letting it burn inside you—and discovering what becomes possible when that fire finally has somewhere to go.
