Ever wondered what else you could do with the herbs in your spice cabinet? Come spend an afternoon with us at Irish Acres 🌿🐓Farmer Mark of Irish Acres will lead us around the farm for a guided tour, milking demonstration, and chicken village visit. Along the way, he’ll share about growing, regenerative farming, and the relationships between plants, farm animals, and wildlife.
Then join Tiara of Vital Bloom Herbals for a hands-on culinary herb workshop. We’ll touch, smell, and taste familiar herbs while exploring their traditional medicinal uses and preparation methods. You’ll also make your own herbal seasoning blend to bring home.
We’ll have herbal teas and bakery finger foods to enjoy throughout the experience. No previous herbal or farming knowledge needed!
