From Draper to The Joyce: First LookJoin us for a special evening celebrating Draper Center dancers as they prepare to perform at The Joyce Theater in New York City as part of NYCDA Foundation’s Destiny Rising.
Before the dancers take this new work to New York, we invite you to experience it here in Rochester.
During First Look, guests will have the opportunity to watch a rehearsal and performance of the new work, meet the dancers, hear about the choreography and costume process, and enjoy light refreshments, a silent auction, and raffle.
This event is also part of our From Draper to The Joyce Fundraising Campaign, supporting Draper Center’s $16,500 fundraising commitment to the NYCDA Foundation College Scholarship Program.
