We invite you to a practical seminar-discussion where we will explore the most relevant issues related to tender clarifications and the performance of public procurement contracts, share practical insights, and jointly seek solutions.

Žydrūnė Biliūnaitė – Zubavičė is a Managing Associate at COBALT Lithuania. She specialises in the fields of public procurement law and public-private partnerships. Žydrūnė advises private clients and contracting authorities on all matters relating to the conduct of procurement procedures: reviews tender documents, prepares questions, claims and procedural documents in public procurement proceedings.
Dovilė Jankauskytė is a Managing Associate and attorney at the law firm COBALT. Her main areas of legal practice include public procurement law and public-private partnerships. Dovilė advises private clients and contracting authorities on evaluating supplier proposals, preparing responses to supplier inquiries and claims, and representing clients in litigation. She is one of the co-authors of the commentary on the Public Procurement Law and the Law on Procurement in the Fields of Water Management, Energy, Transport, and Postal Services.
Eglė Kaminskienė is a Senior Associate and Assistant Attorney in the practice group of Public Procurement Disputes. She specializes in public procurement law, also has extensive experience in the field of commercial law and litigation.
Kristina Peleckaitė is a Senior Associate at COBALT with more than 15 years of experience in public procurement. Kristina provides legal advice to private clients and contracting authorities in evaluating tenders and preparing answers to suppliers’ inquiries and claims. She has experience in evaluating tender documents, preparing inquiries and claims and procedural documents in the field of public procurement litigation, providing legal advice and drafting legal opinions on all aspects of public procurement.
