This session invites participants to move from confusion to clarity, supporting them in building a brand and business, aligned with who they truly are. Through guided reflection and practical tools, attendees will explore how to step away from the “impostor brand” and create an authentic proposition that naturally connects with the right clients without forcing messaging or following empty trends.
Participants will explore purpose, values and personal voice, and translate these into a coherent brand through their communication, client experience and key business touchpoints. The focus is on designing a brand that builds trust and consistency.
The goal is for participants to leave with greater clarity, a simple action plan, and the foundations of an authentic, sustainable brand where authenticity becomes a true commercial asset.

Madalina is a conscious designer and mentor behind Cilantro Design, a studio focused on human-centred branding and slow, intentional growth. With a background in hospitality leadership and community building, she supports entrepreneurs and freelancers in creating brands rooted in clarity, trust, and authenticity. She is also the host of CreativeMornings Las Palmas and works internationally, bridging strategy and sensitivity in everything she creates.
