Clutter to Clarity: A Gentle 3-Week Decluttering Journey

—-------------------------

What if decluttering could be more than just tidying your home?

—-------------------------

This 3-week in-person course invites you to approach decluttering as a grounding, reflective practice - one that supports clarity, gratitude, and intentional living.

In a small, supportive group, we’ll explore how letting go of excess can create space not just in your home, but in your body, mind, and life.

The pace is gentle.
The atmosphere is respectful.
The focus is progress over perfection.

—-------------------------

Who this is for

This course is especially supportive for:

  • sensitive souls and those who feel deeply
  • people feeling overwhelmed or overstimulated by clutter
  • those navigating a life transition or new season
  • anyone longing for more calm, clarity, and ease at home

When clutter accumulates, it can quietly heighten stress and nervous system overload. Through guided practice, reflection, and shared accountability, you’ll be supported to declutter in a way that feels calming, spacious, and sustainable.

We’ll weave together:

  • KonMari Method® philosophy
  • Swedish Death Cleaning
  • mindfulness and legacy-focused approaches

You are warmly welcome, exactly as you are.
