From Calling to Community Impact: Turning a God-Given Idea into a Clear Path Forward is an interactive workshop designed for individuals who feel called to serve, start a ministry, address a community need, or bring a meaningful idea to life—but aren't quite sure what comes next.
During this workshop, we'll slow down and focus on clarity before creation. Participants will explore their calling, identify who they want to serve and the impact they hope to make, and consider what structure best fits their vision—whether that's a ministry, nonprofit, business, community initiative, or partnership with an existing organization.
We'll also count the cost by looking at the time, people, funding, administration, accountability, partnerships, and personal capacity required to steward an idea well.
Using Be the Light Consulting's Prayer. Purpose. Plan. framework, participants will begin turning their vision into practical next steps and develop a simple 90-day plan for moving forward.
This workshop is for you if you:
- Have an idea for a nonprofit, ministry, program, business, or community initiative
- Feel called to address a need in your church or community
- Have already started something but need greater clarity and direction
- Aren't sure whether you actually need to start a new organization
- Want to move from a good idea to a thoughtful, sustainable plan
