From Boss to Coach: Managing Performance, Engagement, and Discipline is a hands-on, two-hour workshop designed specifically for small business owners managing. In this interactive session, you will master a simple, proven five-step conversation model that transforms how you handle employee performance. Moving beyond standard boss-to-employee directives, you will learn how to lead constructive coaching discussions that build true employee autonomy, drive engagement, and raise performance standards.
Crucially, this workshop gives you the tools and confidence to navigate the harder side of management. You will gain actionable techniques for effective corrective coaching and learn how to navigate formal verbal and written warnings legally, professionally, and stress-free. Through practical roleplay scenarios and peer feedback, you will practice real-world conversations in a safe environment, leaving with a plug-and-play manager toolkit complete with written warning templates and follow-up tracking frameworks.
