From $10,000 to building one of the nation's leading insurance organizations. What does it really take to build a company that grows beyond you?On Friday, November 6, Level Up + Live welcomes Richard "Gordy" Bunch III, Founder and CEO of TWFG Insurance, for a special morning of leadership, business growth, culture and candid conversation.
Gordy founded TWFG in 2001 with just $10,000. What followed was a remarkable entrepreneurial journey built through vision, determination, leadership and a commitment to people.
Now we're bringing that experience into the room with fellow Montgomery County business owners, entrepreneurs and executive leaders.
We'll be talking about:
Building a company culture that people believe in
Leading through growth, challenges and change
Developing people who can help carry your vision forward
Lessons learned from building and scaling a successful business
An open Q&A with Gordy
This isn't a sales seminar or another business card exchange. It's an opportunity to hear firsthand from someone who has built what so many entrepreneurs are working toward, ask meaningful questions and connect with other local leaders who share your ambition to grow.
