About this Event
Join Friendzy for a festive evening exploring San Diego's beloved Christmas Card Lane in Rancho Peñasquitos, followed by a visit to a nearby winery for an included glass of wine, hot chocolate, or coffee!
We'll bring together adults in their 40s & 50s for a relaxed stroll through a neighborhood filled with creative Christmas displays, colorful lights, and holiday decorations. Afterward, we'll head to a nearby winery to unwind, enjoy some wine, and continue getting to know one another.
It's a fun, low-pressure way to celebrate the season while making new connections!
✨ WHAT TO EXPECT
🎄 A group wander through one of San Diego's favorite holiday traditions, admiring festive displays and beautifully decorated homes.
🚶 Enjoy a casual neighborhood walk with plenty of opportunities to chat and connect along the way - including an interactive activity to help you get to know everyone.
🍷 After exploring the lights, we'll head to a nearby winery for some warmth, wine, and conversation.
🤝 Easy Introductions - We'll help break the ice and keep the group connected so you can focus on enjoying the evening.
💛 Most Friendzy attendees come on their own, so don't worry if you don't know anyone!
Check-in begins at 5:00 PM. Please arrive on time so we can begin our holiday lights walk together!
We'll explore Christmas Card Lane before returning to our cars and making the short 5 minute drive to the winery, where we'll aim to arrive around 6:30 PM.
Detailed parking instructions and the exact meeting location will be emailed to registered attendees before the event.

Please note: Guests will need their own transportation between Christmas Card Lane and the winery, just a few minutes down the road from the starting parking lot.

We know meeting new people can feel a little intimidating, which is why our events are designed around shared experiences that make conversation feel natural.
We'll handle the introductions and bring everyone together. All you have to do is show up, enjoy the festivities, and be yourself!
Whether you're new to San Diego, looking to expand your social circle, or simply want more people to enjoy the holidays with, we'd love to have you join us.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- This is a social event focused on making new friends, not dating or professional networking. (But hey - if you happen to meet the love of your life, we won't stop you!)
- The event involves outdoor walking through a residential neighborhood. Please wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather.
- Guests are responsible for their own transportation to the winery.
- All attendees must complete Friendzy's participation waiver before the event.
- This event will happen rain or shine. If it is raining, we will march onward with rain coats or umbrellas. In the event of unsafe weather conditions, the event may be canceled. Registered attendees will be notified by email.
- Photos and videos may be taken during the event for Friendzy's social media and promotional materials.
Spots are limited to keep the experience personal and interactive!
