Please call the Center (507-454-5212) to register for a seat on the pontoon. The ride is a scenic ride. Meet at Winona Marina: 16 Laird St., Winona, MN. Directions: Go to the River end of Laird street. The Marina will be on the right. If you are going on an excursion, please don't enter the Marina. Park on the left at the Xcel substation fence.
