One of our favorite traditions since the beginning has been gathering with our members and friends to celebrate Friendsgiving!
Our intention for this gathering is simple: to create community where you can arrive as yourself, contribute what comes naturally, receive what others bring, and leave without feeling depleted. ❤️
No expectations to perform, impress, or be anything other than yourself. Just an opportunity to share space, food, laughter, gratitude, and connection.

❤️ Bring something you’re grateful for from 2026.
🌱 Bring an intention you’re setting for 2027.
Come early if you’d like to enjoy some PEMF, massage, or sauna time. Please schedule massage and sauna sessions in advance!
These moments together have always been precious, and I’m especially grateful for the community we’ve created within these walls and beyond them.
And don’t worry, we’re already planning our December gathering!
