A varied programme of talks, organised by the Friends of the Red House Museum and held in the Main Gallery on the ground floor. The talks start at 2:00pm. Members and non-members are welcome.23 September 2026:
20 Million Bricks – A presentation by Richard Newman from the Brickworks Museum. Our museum is called 'The Red House' due to the colour of the bricks.
7 October 2026:
From Pillar to Post – We are pleased to welcome Peter Hellawell again, who presented last year's very interesting talk on the hidden room in the Priory.
21 October 2026:
*FRIENDS ONLY* Visit to Ringwood Meeting House.
4 November 2026:
Alice's Adventures in Lyndhurst (and Oxford) - We are very pleased that Mark Davies has agreed to travel from Oxford to give this talk. Mark is a member of the Lewis Carroll Society (as is Angela Trend who can no longer give the talk she planned last season).
18 November:
History of Furzey - Julia Baker and Ian Clark from The Minstead Trust will present this talk. (Jams and Chutneys from the Trust may be available for sale.)
2 December:

Booking with payment in advance ensures your seat for our popular talks on the day. Please visit reception at the Red House Museum (open Tues-Sat 10-4, Sun 12-4) to book and pay by cash or card. Telephone reservations made by calling the Museum on 01202 482860, will require payment card details. Walk-ins on the day may be disappointed.
