Join us for our well loved biannual book sale, hosted by the Friends of Rochambeau! Come shop for a variety of books — all purchases support Rochambeau Library.October 28th – advance shopping for dealers and members:
Dealers : 10am-2pm — advanced entry fee of $30
Friends of Rochambeau: 4pm-730pm — renew or join at the door
Open to the public: October 29th – October 31st:
Thursday, October 29th: 9:30 – 5:30
Friday, October 30th: 1:00 – 5:00
Saturday, October 31st: 9:30 – 4:00 pm ($5 fill a bag day!)
10-15,000 Books are donated by our members and friends. Sorted into over 50 genres:
Fiction, mystery, Sci-Fi, History, Biography, Nature, cooking, Art, Architecture, Sports, Garden, Home, Crafts, Religion etc.
Books priced at $1-2, children’s books are 50 cents – $1. Special Book room has higher priced volumes including antiquarian, first editions, collections, Art etc.
We have had a large donation of books pertaining to WWII and military history for this sale.
No media at this sale.
Proceeds benefits Rochambeau Branch Library of Community Libraries of Providence.
