The Penzance Jewish Cemetery is the best-preserved Jewish cemetery from the Georgian era outside London and an important part of Penzance’s Jewish and local history.
Come and discover its beautifully preserved headstones, including some entirely in Hebrew, and learn about the Jewish community that once lived in Penzance.

⚠️ Advance booking is essential. Only those on the booking list can attend, and visitors must meet at The Longboat Inn and be escorted to the cemetery.
♿ Please note: the cemetery involves a short uphill walk, and the ground is steep and uneven.
