Hotel Haya’s culinary team invites you to gather “Friends of Flor Fina” around the table for a one-night-only event where approachable, elevated cooking meets the magic of performance.
Your evening begins with an heirloom tomato starter paired with a bright, garden-inspired cocktail of heirloom tomato shrub, fino sherry, lime, and dill. From there, the menu unfolds through three interactive chef-led demonstrations:
- Fresh Pasta: Pappardelle alla Gricia with roasted sweet potato, eggplant, guanciale, pecorino & basil
- Crisp Perfection: Pan-fried Chicken Cutlet, a Milanese-style Caesar with anchovy-garlic-parmesan beurre blanc
- Sweet Finish: No-bake Cookie Butter Cheesecake with salted caramel & dark chocolate paired with a decadent cocktail of sherry, bourbon cream, and spice
