Come connect, cook, and learn with us at our Pharm to Table: Teaching Food as Medicine event— Whisked Together: A Family Cooking Adventure- a cooking experience that brings together family, food and health.
In this fun-filled session, we’ll explore a simple, nourishing recipe that kids and adults can make side-by-side—while learning how food can fuel the body, boost energy, and bring everyone to the table. Perfect for all ages, this class is about making memories, building skills, and enjoying every delicious bite—together.
What’s in Store:

- Easy tips on how plant-based foods can help prevent and treat chronic illness
- Connect with fellow community members who care about food, health, and wellness
We believe food is powerful medicine — and even more so when we share it together. Come hungry to learn, cook, and build community.
***Space is limited to 24 participants. Thanks to generous sponsorship, 12 spots are available at no cost for children ages 7 and up. Available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Note: Each adult may accompany up to 2 children max. This ensures a safe and supportive experience for all participants.
