Join us for our first (and hopefully not our last!) Champagne & Fried Chicken Tasting, featuring Stacey Jo Strombecky from Trialto Wines, who will guide us through the wonderful world of Champagne. We’ll explore the differences between Non-Vintage and Vintage Champagne, discover the beauty of Rosé, and dive into Blanc de Blancs and Blanc de Noirs. And just to be clear, we mean the real deal tonight — Champagne only, no sparkling wine substitutes!
But what’s Champagne without something delicious to go with it? Cheata from Color De Vino will be on a mission to track down some of the best fried chicken in the city, bringing selections from three different restaurants for you to taste, compare, and judge. Which spot will take the crown? You’ll have to come along and decide for yourself!
