**THIS WEEK WE WILL RUN THE CRESCENT TRAIL AT INDIAN HILL**
Meeting at the Indian Hill Trailhead
Join us for Friday Night Trail Run (FNTR) all season long!
We will meet at a different location* each week, so keep an eye out here and on Facebook for weekly updates on location and possible weather-related cancelations.
Please get there with a few minutes to spare. Our pace is typically between 10-12 min/mile, but we adjust based on need. There will always be someone to run with you. Don't worry, come out and enjoy the trails and get busy living. If you wish to run faster than the set pace, bring a buddy and we will brief the route before departure.
Dress appropriately for the weather and terrain and always remember proper hydration and nutrition to give your body what it needs. Seasonal notes: If there's snow and ice on the ground, we suggest bringing microspikes or other traction accessories, and if daylight starts to shorten, it’s always a good idea to carry a headlamp.
Difficulty Rating: Intermediate: This trail has many hills along the way
Age Requirements/Pet Restrictions: This is an 18+ only event. Well behaved, leashed dogs are welcome
All our classes and events are free and open to anyone with at least 48-hours of continuous sobriety. First time participants, please fill out a membership questionnaire here: https://www.rocoveryfitness.org/membership.html
