Looking for a night out that's a little different? Skip the usual dinner, movie or night at the bar and try something new with your crew.
Friday Night Friendly Fight is a fun, beginner-friendly introduction to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to teach you practical self-defense through guided partner-based drills.
Bring whoever you feel comfortable with or come solo and meet a new friend - we'll have plenty of our own members ready to help guide you.
No experience required. Come ready to move, laugh, and and learn self-defense in a welcoming environment.
