Friday Morning Coffee & Conversation is YCC’s weekly gathering for anyone who enjoys learning, connecting, exploring new ideas, and spending time with like-minded people. Whether you come every week or you’re walking through the door for the first time, you’re welcome here.
And yes—coffee, tea, and light refreshments are included in your $5 admission, so grab a cup, settle in, and make yourself comfortable.
We begin each morning by welcoming newcomers and giving everyone a chance to connect. Then Lori leads us through a short guided meditation with a different theme each week, helping us slow down, get centered, and ease into the morning.
From there, things get interesting.
Each week features a different speaker or topic, so no two Fridays are quite the same. You might hear about Reiki and energy work, intuitive development, astrology, crystals, metaphysical practices, wellness, personal growth, spiritual tools, or another subject designed to spark curiosity and conversation.
And this isn’t a sit-there-and-listen kind of gathering. There’s time to ask questions, share experiences, join the discussion, meet new people, and discover what others in our community are exploring.
We’ll also share announcements and information about upcoming classes, workshops, gatherings, and other happenings at Your Cosmic Connection, so it’s a great way to stay connected with everything going on at YCC.
Before we finish, we offer a brief distance Reiki session for anyone who would like a little extra support, grounding, or healing energy to carry into the rest of their day.

Come by yourself or bring a friend. You don’t need to know anyone, and you don’t need any previous experience with meditation, Reiki, or metaphysical topics.
Just come as you are, grab a cup of coffee, pull up a chair, and see where the conversation takes us.
