Weekly Class
Shed un-serving habits and energy and make space for new awareness and sensations. Soothe the body, mind & spirit with a fluid mix of Meditation, Asana and Pranayama (breath control). Strengthen, center & heat up with this Friday evening practice balancing Vinyasa, Hatha and ending with some sweet restorative postures.
Rental mats available if you do not have your own.
Noelle Moreno seeks to help students of all levels move with intention and promote self-connection. She believes that yoga and breath are powerful, accessible tools that everyone can harness. Her classes offer a centering place to move, ground and giggle. A music-lover, Noelle may bring in a tune, nature sounds, or hertz frequencies to inspire movement and uplift spirits.
A yoga student for 20+ years, Noelle earned her 200 CRT at Innerstellar Yoga Studio in Berkeley. Her original goal was to strengthen her individual practice. But, she discovered a desire to teach and share this healing medicine.
As a survivor, Noelle has found that yoga is a priceless tool that re-establishes connection to body, self and spirit. She found a confidence and spirituality that helps her live in the present moment and reduce anxiety and depression. She hopes to give her students these same tools.
