About this Event

Full-Body Resistance Training & Mobility

It’s been a long week—but you still deserve a good workout.

Friday’s session keeps the movements simple, but never easy. We’ll use foundational bodyweight exercises such as squats and push-ups, along with resistance-band exercises like rows, biceps curls, and triceps extensions, to build full-body strength, endurance, and mobility.

This beginner-friendly session is designed to meet you at your current level while still challenging more experienced participants. Exercises can be adjusted or progressed based on your ability, so you can train safely and confidently.

This isn’t just another workout. Each session offers the focused instruction and individual attention of small-group personal training. You’ll learn how to move well, train effectively, and build the skills you need to make tangible progress over time.

If you’re serious about becoming stronger and more consistent in your fitness journey, I’m here to provide the structure, coaching, and encouragement to help you move forward.

You are stronger than you know.

Pricing: $30 per session
Advance registration and payment are required. Space is limited.
