Before I head home for Christmas, I wanted to bring everyone together for one final Friday Feeling of the year, with a few extra treats to say thank you for being part of Pilates Society.
We’ll start with our usual 45 minutes of feel-good, music-led mat Pilates. Expect a great playlist (even if i do say so myself), a good burn and all the Friday Feeling energy you know and love.
But this time, there’ll be a little Christmas goody bag waiting for you on your mat, filled with some cute surprises.
After class, we’ll head over to Greenhouse for festive drinks, a catch-up and a chance to celebrate the end of the year together. (Pilates society attendees get an amazing discount, so pints are only £5 and cocktails £9) 🪩
Come solo, bring a friend, or bring someone who’s been meaning to try Pilates all year. Everyone’s welcome, and all levels are catered for.
