In this class, working in pairs you will mix, knead, roll and cut fettuccine pasta noodles. Then, together the group will cook the pasta and Alfredo sauce. You will take home your pasta after sampling our efforts. We include the recipes for this hands-on experience.Event Details:

Instructor Bio:
Gina Guth is a self-taught heritage baker and co-owner of The Flour Pot, LLC, which provides culinary workshops and experiences for adults and children. She is also the co-operator of Mulva Cultural Center’s Meridian Café.
Jen’s culinary instruction specializes in pasties, pasta, and pies, allowing her to share both her skills and her heart with others.
Gina and Jen make a great team and are excited to share their passion for foods of many cultures with everyone at the Mulva Cultural Center.
