Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change! Due to the advance purchase of fresh greenery and workshop supplies, the following refund policy applies:
- Refunds: Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days before the workshop.
- Within 7 Days: Tickets are non-refundable, as materials have already been ordered and prepared for each participant.
- Ticket Transfers: Unable to attend? You're welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member. Please notify us in advance.
- Event Cancellation: If the workshop is canceled by the organizers, all registered participants will receive a full refund.
