✨ Frequency Fridays: A Space to Learn, Connect & Grow ✨After a busy or stressful week, take a moment for yourself.
Frequency Fridays is a welcoming space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, explore energy, and connect with like-minded people in a supportive community.
Each gathering includes grounding and shielding meditation, an introduction to the week's topic, experiential exercises, and time for personal sharing, connection, integration and networking.
Together, we'll explore energetic awareness practices, the seven main chakras, meditation, and simple spiritual wellness practices that you can incorporate into your everyday life.
Whether you're curious about energy work, exploring your spiritual side, or simply looking for a little more balance and connection, you're welcome here. No previous experience is necessary!
🌿 What to expect:
• Guided grounding and shielding meditation
• Learn about energy and the chakra systems
• Simple exercises and opportunities for self-reflection
• Open conversation and shared experiences
• Time to connect, meet new people, and build community
• A peaceful way to wrap up your week
💙 Come as you are. Bring your curiosity, an open mind, and a willingness to explore. There's no pressure to share or have all the answers — just space to learn, connect, and discover what resonates with you.
