Something different is coming to Malmö.
On Friday, November 20, we invite you into a darkened space where yoga, breath and electronic sound come together as one experience.
For 75 minutes, let the music guide your movement. Feel the bass beneath you, the rhythm in your body and the breath moving through you.
A dynamic and immersive yoga practice shaped around deep, organic techno. Building energy, cultivating presence and eventually bringing you back into stillness. No mirrors. No expectations. No need to be a “yogi”. Just movement, breath, sound and a room full of people moving together.
After the practice, stay for a drink, a chat and some mingling. Meet new people, connect with like-minded souls and take home a little something from us.

DJ Corax Nox will create the sonic landscape.
Lina Bergström will guide you through the practice.
Natalia Wcislo will assist and demonstrate the flow.
A videographer will capture the energy, movement and magic of the evening.

The practice is open to all levels.
Bring your own yoga mat, a water bottle and whatever makes you feel good moving in. And if you feel like adding a little glow… UV colours will be available before the practice.
