Through restorative yoga, immersive sound, breathwork, and intentional ritual, each gathering invites you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and embrace the season of transformation.
November 23 | The Release
Restorative yoga and sound bath to soften tension, release stress, and settle into deep relaxation.
December 21 | Sacred Hearth: The Cacao Session
Celebrate the Winter Solstice with a heart-centered cacao ceremony, meditation, intention setting, and sound bath.
January 21 | The Return
A multisensory journey featuring gentle yoga, breathwork, vibroacoustic sound bath, and essential oils to restore balance and welcome new beginnings.
All sessions begin at 6 PM. Join us for one evening or experience all three as a seasonal journey from release to renewal.
