Join Seeds of Life Alliance for an all-ages gathering celebrating the harvest season, the autumn equinox, and our relationship with the living world through song, voice, seeds, and permaculture.
Facilitated by Sara Clefstad, holistic voice facilitator and educator, Frequen-Seeds brings together Sara’s work with voice, sound, and connection with SOLA’s commitment to permaculture, community, and relationship with the land.
Together, we’ll explore harvest and seasonal songs while discovering the connections between voice and the three ethics of permaculture: Earth Care, People Care, and Fair Share.
How can using our voices help us care for ourselves and one another? How does singing together create connection and strengthen community? And what happens when we extend our voices—and our attention—to the plants and living systems we care for?
We’ll explore voice as a tool for People Care, creating connection, expression, belonging, and shared experience; and Earth Care, considering our relationship with plants, gardens, sound, and the environments we tend. Our community singing and seed exchange bring Fair Share to life through the sharing of songs, seeds, knowledge, and resources.
Bring some seeds for our community seed swap!
Have saved or surplus seeds at home? Bring them along, clearly labelled if possible, and exchange them with other growers. You don’t need to bring seeds to participate.

No singing experience is needed. All ages are welcome. Come as you are—there is nothing to prepare.
