The Sunday scaries don't stand a chance against a French Bulldog sitting on your mat.
Welcome to French Bulldog Puppy Yoga by Yoga Kawa in Vaughan. This is a one-hour class where real French Bulldog puppies roam free while you move through a gentle, beginner-friendly yoga flow. They will sniff your water bottle, fall asleep on your feet, and generally do whatever they want. You just show up and let it happen.
French Bulldogs are compact, opinionated little creatures with enormous personalities. They will not be doing the yoga. They will be doing their own thing, and it will be more entertaining than anything on your phone.
Here's how the hour breaks down:
- 35 minutes of easy, beginner-friendly yoga
- 20 minutes of connection and cuddle time
- 5 minutes of sharing circle
Why people keep coming back
Vaughan puppy yoga does something a regular yoga class cannot. A puppy wanders over, plops down against your leg, and your nervous system just... exhales. People show up thinking it will be a fun novelty and leave realizing they actually needed it. That combination of gentle movement and warm, ridiculous animal energy is hard to replicate anywhere else.
A note on French Bulldog puppies
French Bulldogs are affectionate, curious, and surprisingly bold for their size. They love being close to people and tend to seek out laps and warm spots without much prompting. They are not big on personal space, which works out perfectly here. Expect snorting, waddling, and a level of charm that is genuinely difficult to prepare for.
Kids are welcome
This class is family-friendly. Kids ages 5 and up are welcome to attend. Anyone under 18 must come with a parent or guardian who also participates and helps the child move gently and interact with the puppies with care.
Mats provided. No experience needed. Just come as you are, leave the Sunday dread at the door, and let a French Bulldog fix your week.
