French baking for the holidays!

Tired of making the same old cookies for your holiday cookie exchange? Join cookbook author Mardi Michels (In the French kitchen with kids, French Food for Everyone) and change things up this year by baking some classic French sweet treats!

In this hands-on class, you’ll make delicious Chocolate-Filled Sablés (French butter cookies filled with chocolate ganache), mouth-watering Raspberry Chocolate Tea-Cake Cookies, and flavourful Spéculoos (gingerbread cookies) – all perfect for a holiday cookie exchange!

This class requires a minimum of 10 people to run.

***Please note – no refund for cancellations made after November 1st, 2025. Tickets are, however, transferable to another person after that date.
