About this Event
Sandbox is a three-hour sound workshop designed to get your creativity flowing. By giving everyone the same starting material, tools and creative prompts, we create a framework that lets you focus on making, trying things out and following your instincts, rather than getting caught up in decisions or expectations.
Across three rounds, we’ll work with a shared pool of sounds, visual references and open-ended exercises. Each round offers a new prompt to interpret in your own way, with room to experiment, follow your ideas and get guidance when you need it.
After each round, we’ll listen to what everyone has created, compare interpretations and exchange ideas before moving on. Seeing how others approach the same material and hearing about their process can open up new perspectives, spark ideas and help you discover possibilities you might not have found on your own.
