Before the celebration begins, don't miss a special outdoor mini concert by Five Star Brass, the brass ensemble of the United States Air Forces in Europe (USAFE), at 5:00 PM in front of the library. Enjoy patriotic American classics, popular favorites, and outstanding live brass music performed by world-class military musicians.
