A private, guided wellness experience to help you slow down, reconnect inward, and create balance.

We gather in the Gallery a beautiful space for reflection and clarity.

Through guided journaling, intentional breathwork, and meditation, you’ll be gently guided through a reflective process to explore your thoughts and feelings, reflect on life experiences, and cultivate a renewed perspective.

Explorations of meditation with watercolor that calls for intuitive and practical exercises that will be explored and demonstrated to help connect to our inner stability, peace of mind and conscious awareness.

Let go of what's draining your energy and see yourself in the light of your own blissful nature.

Meditation is a practice to increase awareness of the present moment.

In this session we will go through the process of connecting to our higher energy, using watercolor freely without instructions, simply going with the flow to instrumental music to help reduce, stress, promote relaxation, remaining open to the flow of creativity & enhance personal strength and self-esteem.
