About this Event
Join us on World Mental Health Day as we celebrate the incredible journey and achievements of the Freedom Project.
Over the course of the project, we have worked alongside individuals, communities and partner organisations to promote wellbeing, recovery and resilience through a range of trauma-informed complementary therapies and community wellbeing initiatives. This special event is an opportunity to reflect on everything we've achieved together, recognise those who have been part of the journey, and experience some of the therapies that have been at the heart of the project.
Your free ticket includes:
- Tea, coffee and freshly baked scones on arrival
- A welcome celebrating the Freedom Project's impact and achievements
- A 45-minute immersive Sound Bath with Michelle
- A 40-minute guided Breathwork session with Carol-Anne
- A light celebration lunch with tea and coffee
- Optional NADA Ear Acupuncture taster sessions
- An opportunity to connect with the Freedom Project team, Community Champions and partner organisations
Whether you've participated in the project, supported our work, or are simply interested in community wellbeing, we'd be delighted for you to join us as we celebrate the legacy of the Freedom Project and mark World Mental Health Day together.
