Redwood Room at Redwood Park, 311 150th St. W.Ever been curious about what it takes to bring a city festival to life?
Apple Valley is hosting a Freedom Days Community Interest Meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 17, at 6 p.m. Light food and beverages will be provided.
With longtime leaders Pat Shesso and the current Freedom Days Committee retiring from their roles, this meeting is a chance for community members to learn what goes into planning Freedom Days, explore opportunities to get involved, and discuss the future of this longstanding community tradition.
Whether you’ve helped with city events before or you are simply curious about getting involved, we invite you to join the conversation. The City appreciates Pat Shesso and the committee’s many years of dedication and contributions to the community and we are excited to connect with new community members who want to carry Freedom Days forward.
