FREEDOM DANCE — Sunset Ecstatic Dance on the Beach 🌊After the beautiful energy of Moonlit Dance, we’re returning to the beach for its next chapter: Freedom Dance — another evening of movement, music, connection, and freedom by the ocean.
We’ll begin with a grounding breathwork meditation accompanied by crystal singing bowls, allowing you to arrive in your body, connect inward, and prepare for movement.
Then, we dance 💃
With silent headphones on, you’ll be guided into an ecstatic dance journey as the sun sets over the ocean.
An invitation to let go, express yourself, and experience the freedom of moving exactly as you are surrounded by community.
