Fourth Sunday Flow presents... Freedom & Flow: Fan Veils with Zaina! In this workshop, you’ll explore the graceful art of dancing with silk fan veils - a mindful blend of breath, movement, and expression. Throughout the class, we’ll focus on finding your flow and dancing with the silk as an extension of your body and rhythm. Dancing with fan veils can become a moving meditation - an invitation to embody softness and strength, freedom and flow. We’ll combine multiple fan veils moves with simple bellydance steps, culminating in a short choreography.
