Inv3ntive Football Academy is launching Inv3ntive Performance, a specialist Speed, Strength & Conditioning programme for young footballers aged 8–14.
Sessions focus on:

🔄 Agility & change of direction
🧠 Reaction & coordination
⚽ Football-specific conditioning
All abilities welcome. Players do not need to play for an Inv3ntive team.
🎁 New players can attend their first session FREE.
